How do we work?

• Submit an enquiry through our online form.
• Tell us which flatpack item you've purchased, give as much information as possible/retailer product name and product code.
• We will give you a fixed price quote for our assembly service.
• If you'd like to proceed, we'll agree the date and time for our visit.
• Sit back and relax. We're on our way. In the unlikely event that there is a delay we'll call you to let you know when to expect us.
• Please take the following steps to ensure our operative can complete an efficient and effective assembly:
  • Make sure the delivery person has placed the boxes in the room the finished product will stand in or outside the door on the same level.
  • Please check the packing list to confirm everything has been delivered in good condition.
• If you discover an incomplete or damaged delivery, message or call to reschedule your assembly. If items are damaged or missing and the job cannot be completed, our minimum call-out charge of £48 will apply.
• Please clear space for assembly, if necessary.
